HI, I'M RACHEL. I'M GLAD YOU'RE HERE.
I currently live in the Boston metro area, working for Cru on the leadership team for theological development and culture. I have a Master of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. I am the author of Born Again This Way: Coming Out, Coming to Faith, and What Comes Next, and my writing has featured in Christianity Today, The Gospel Coalition, and Desiring God, among other places.

I love Greek, Hebrew, theology, literature, and the transforming work of the Spirit in my messy life. I started following Jesus during my freshman year at Yale College, where I graduated with my history degree in 2007, after splitting up with my high school girlfriend. My Christian life has been imperfect, but Jesus has been faithful to me. I have been married to Andrew for twelve years and have a daughter.
